What’s PACT?

• P – Problem
  We begin by reviewing your intake form to ensure the information is accurate and up to date. Your chiropodist then takes the time to listen, asking about your foot concerns, your medical history, and how the issue is impacting your work, hobbies, and daily life. Together, you’ll define your main goals for care, so the plan we create is truly personalized—focused on what matters most to you.

• A – Analyze
  Next, we perform a thorough assessment of your feet. This may include observing how you walk, examining your skin and nails, checking joint and muscle function, and using tests such as circulation or nerve checks when needed. These findings help us identify the most likely cause of your concern, rule out serious conditions that require urgent care, and outline treatment options that best fit your situation.

• C – Consent

  Once the problem and your options are clear, we’ll walk through them together in plain language. You’ll learn what each option involves—its expected benefits, limitations, possible risks, and what will be expected of you at home. We’ll also explain how our patient representative will help you stay on track with appointments and follow-up.

  We encourage questions and give you time to think things over. When a plan is agreed upon, we document it clearly, both sign off, and you receive a copy for your records, so everyone is on the same page as your treatment moves forward.

• T – Treatment

  Your chiropodist will treat what can be addressed during your visit and explain what to expect next. Together, you’ll decide on any necessary follow-up appointments.
  At each visit, your provider will assess how your feet are responding and adjust your care plan as needed—ensuring continued progress until you reach your desired treatment outcome.

  Behind the scenes, our administrative and patient representative team monitors your appointments and treatment plan to ensure your care stays on track—so nothing falls through the cracks.

  If your condition ever requires care beyond what your provider can offer, we take a team-based approach. This may include a second opinion from one of our senior clinicians, or a referral outside our clinic. Either way, we’ll help coordinate everything so you’re never left to navigate it alone.
