Employee Vaccination Policy

At Rainville Foot Health, we value the health and safety of our employees and customers. However, we understand that vaccination is a personal choice and we respect the autonomy of our employees. Therefore, we do not require our employees to be vaccinated as a condition of employment.

We strongly encourage our employees to make informed decisions about their health and we will provide information about available vaccination options. However, we will not discriminate against or penalize employees who choose not to be vaccinated.

We will continue to follow all applicable laws and guidelines related to COVID-19 and will take appropriate measures to protect the health and safety of our employees and customers.

If an employee feels more comfortable being vaccinated, they are welcome to do so on their own accord. We will support and accommodate their wishes.

This policy is subject to change as new information and guidelines become available. We will communicate any changes to this policy to our employees in a timely manner.
